Rodney and Andrew are wonderful to work with. Efficient, take pride in their work, reliable, trust worthy, and friendly. They came in toward the end of my project to save the day from a terrible experience with a prominent plumbing company.
For my small project I found it to be on the expensive side.
Was able to get next day service and the project was completed quickly. The serviceman answered all my questions and concerns politely and professionally.
They completed the work quickly and professionally. I have other work coming up that I will hire them again for.
I described the project in details to the owner of the company , and it included both electricity and handyman work. He explained that there is a flat rate to come and see the project, $59 which will be waved if hired. On the day of, one of the employees arrived and very quickly I understood that the owner was not listening to me. For one fixture installation I got an estimation of $860 - where electricity is already in place. The handyman work that was discussed, is not provided by this company. This whole appointment was a waste of time and money on my side, but I ended up paying for someone to spend 5 minutes in our place and charge $59 for it. The way it went does not feel kosher.
We are sorry you didn't like our price for the work. But to do the job right and not cut corners we have to charge the correct rate for our work. Also i think you are confused you were not charged and we did not collect a dime for the visit since our price was out of your range.

Overcharged! Said he needed to get parts. Did not leave the itemized invoice. We have no idea what he even did, except run a card and hang out for a few minutes.
