"I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. "I have a craftsman house, with woodwork galore, and we were doing a full paint job. Every room, door, ceiling, fireplace mantel, even the floors to our sunroom were getting painted. And the job was beyond excellent. They really went above and beyond, there were areas on some of the old windows and doors that extra care was needed with sanding and work to make sure we got a very nice finish. Also no window was painted shut (seems trivial but I don't know how often I've seen that in old homes). The communication about what color and what type of sheen and paint type was great. Especially since again this was the entire house, and not to move out, to move in, so we had picked multiple paint colors and combinations. I really can't stress enough how good a job it was, I felt taken care of, and that they really respected and were careful with my house. Also from a technical standpoint the estimate i received on cost and timeline was exactly accurate. It was affordable and timely for the scope of work! I highly reccomend them to anyone."
