    I used them for my home warranty protection. They came out on a Friday to come in do the inspection on the unit, while I was there in vacation the AC stopped working and since I was leaving the next day they rush ordered the heating and AC unit and did the work late on a Friday evening so that it could be done before I left for home. I would highly recommend them.
