While this company isn't a "bargain," you definitely get what you pay for. Exceptional on-site service, terrific technicians. The dispatcher side of things can get a little confused, that is my only heads-up and my only reason for a "4.5" instead of a 5.0

Called them on Sunday after I lost my heat on the coldest night of the year. Sent a guy out. They worked for about 10 minutes on my furnace. Got the eat running. Said it was just a pressure tube clogged. Left immediately after collecting $239. 30 minutes after he left, the furnace broke again. They will not send anyone out again. The next day, I got a different company to come to fix it. They charged me $89 and said the previous technician did not service the machine correctly and clean out the drains. This is why it broke again after he left. Furnace has been running fine. I paid another company to finish the work I already paid for. Going on three days now without One Hour Heating and Air returning any of my calls or messages about a refund. Disputing the payment now with my credit card company. Awful experience in the end. It seemed like a nice guy too. Shame he turned out to be so lazy.
