About us: "We are a locally owned and operated company. Hello, i'm an HVAC technician, i've been practicing it since i was young since it's a family business. It's time to do my own thing. I have worked on furnaces and split systems and i know pretty much any problem that could come through and i won't leave your house till it's blowing hot or cold air. I'm offering my services for a flat fee. 80 dollar for the diagnostic, and a flat fee of 3050 for any existing problem. (There are some exclusions: new unit install , compressor swap or leak fixing). If there's any material being purchased i will send you the receipt for it and charge you 30% for gas etc. For after 7pm calls the fees are doubled. I'm not trying to overcharge no one, i'm an honest man and leaving a good impression and getting more exposure interests me way more than an extra hundred dollars that i didn't deserve.
