We have the maintenance program with One Hour Heating and Air Con and this was our maintenance visit, included with the annual program. Jasmine did a very thorough job, inspecting the furnace AND air conditioner that One-Hour installed last year. She was very clear in explaining what she was doing and gave us some recommendations (filters, etc.) that we can do to keep these expensive appliances in good shape. Buy the maintenance, it is worth every penny.

Good experience, fixed problem with compressor not working. only a a little pricey $ 340 for evaluation and air conditioner switch. 2 hour visit

We had a maintenance plan with them for a year or so. I cancelled the plan, they billed my credit card anyway. Had to call them to get a refund. Over the past year they continue to call several times a week in an attempt to get us renew the maintenance plan. My wife had originally signed up for the plan, I canceled it. Now they call my home, today was the 6th time in the last 2 weeks and hang up when I answer the call. When I call back, they don't identify themselves upon answering, they ask for your address and zip code and try to sell the same plan. I spoke to a member of management and one of their representatives to take us off of their call list and the calls continue. They are either desperate for business or operationally inept. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole.
