UPDATE: After 2-months of myself & Home Advisor pursuing Mr. Katz for damages, I finally received an insurance check of ~$3,800 for damages & reimbursement of the $250 project fee. My experience with this service provider hasn t changed, but I do want to acknowledge the exceptional customer service by Home Advisor. I will continue to use Home Advisor when I seek future contractors as Home Advisor cares that they do business with responsible service providers.

Mike arrived on time and prepared. The Spackle job was small, but he attacked it as if it were a major job. He was neat and professional. Even though he knew the Spackled area would be covered by the to be installed wall unit, he made sure it was neat and finished anyway. Donâ t know if we will have future jobs or if everything IS finally finished, but he is now on our speed dial.
