I hired Michael to repair the drywall and paint the garage, the ceiling drywall work was not done to professional quality, the paint job was terrible, paint and splatters are all over, there is paint where there should not be paint, the paint is uneven, trim is not prepped or painted in areas, Michael wants the balance of the money, even though the work is not finished and not professional looking (proof to be provided)

Mike is very knowledgeable about various projects. He was able to fix my gas fireplace, install a bidet and fix my shower to allow for hotter water. Very reasonable pricing.

He does excellent work. He needed to come back to finish a couple of things and took me over a week to get that done. Was supposed to help with the closet floor since it was not even and did not. I let it him after that. Other than the reliability of his work is excellent.

He knocked this here and that there. He was walking without looking. He would use my plastic chair than using his own ladder. He missed his prior day appointment because he forgot. He cussed me and threatened me after knocking my stuff. He would drill a hole without knowing if it would work. He dropped the light fixture several feet below. I picked it up without realizing that the ornament on it had broken off. He will not even inform me. He sent me to buy a special kind of light bulb, while the fixture was meant for ordinary light bulb. He needed a lot of close supervision. I am an architect, so could guide him. I guess he needs better training. He needs to stop being ugly and said that it is no big deal if he knocked my candle stand. Luckily it did not break, but I am still finding tea candles here and there. He almost tripped on my carpet. Good Lord, he did not fall.
