I booked 2 times with Jeff he never showed up the both times and he did not even let me know he could not make it I took off 2 different days of work for nothing and lost my job because of it. Very unprofessional bad communication.

Jeff the owner was a commensurate professional and helped us through the entire process. He tailored his recommendations for us and never once pushed us towards anything we didn't need. Installation was complete in under two hours, and Jeff himself tested the unit and walked us through what was replaced. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who needs a new AC unit or AC servicing.

Jeff is the owner and the installer, him and his crew of guys do a top notch job. His knowledge of the heating/ac industry and its products is superior to others and his pricing is very competitive. My central air conditioning installation was unique as compared to most and was previously installed in a very tough location in the attic of my house. Jeff, took extra care and attention to detail to pull off the project and did it in the time frame he promised and on the dates i requested. If you want a highly qualified contractor that takes the time to make sure all aspects of your project are thought out and addressed for long term use than On Duty Services is your one and only call.

This company did an excellent job and the owner and installer Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. They replaced and old unit and finished earlier than he first estimated. He kept to every appointment and time frame and was always professional. The owner of ON DUTY SERVICES is actually the installer also, so he truly cares about how well the product is installed after the sale. His price was the absolute best (by $900) of 4 bids with top-of-the-line Trane equipment. Great small owner/operator company.
