With our 350ft new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryanâ  s shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract, including if you want them there at the work site at least every working week day. Lock in your completion date. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience.

SO SO happy that we hired Olympia Construction. Ryan, Raul, Norman, and the rest of the crew were not only very professional (always on-time, hard working, 6-days a week, ), but also very friendly on a personal level, and they went above-and-beyond to make sure that everything was done right. It was easily the best experience we've had with a contractor, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olympia to anyone that asks. Thanks again!

Ryan, the owner of Olympia Construction, is very personable, helpful, competitive and hard working. I had an addition constructed by them and they did a fantastic job. They added a walk-in closet and master bathroom to my existing home. I would definitely recommend Ryan and Olympia Construction for any addition or remodel that anyone is thinking of having done.

Passed inspections every time with ease, stayed on budget, and it took only two months from start to finish to build our 300 square foot master-bedroom addition. There is good karma with these guys! I wish Ryan and his guys happiness and prosperity. Ryan's business ethics and his crews' work ethic are impeccable and commendable. Our new addition looks amazing! No other words to describe it other than elegant! I highly recommend them!

I hired Olympia construction for my bathroom remodeling. I'm very happy with the complete result. Mr. Ran helped us to choose materials and directed us to a nice store and warehouse. The time was decent every day. Every day people did work at the house. I definitely recommend the company, especially Mr. Ran.
