"Julian and his team were thorough, detailed, and communicative- which is what made me proceed with them. They were able to see my vision and execute while working within my budget in a timely manner. They provided routine updates in addition to calling and sending pictures. I'm very detailed and meticulous, so it was nice to work with a team that cared as much as I do. Some of the work included popcorn ceiling removal, wall repair, orange peel texture and painting, closet demo and repair, kitchen remodel, pantry install, and recessed lights throughout. My favorite parts of the project are the full bathroom remodel, the excellent paint job on the kitchen cabinets, and the time/dedication they had to sand and stain the beam in the living room. They also replaced the drop ceiling panels with drywall and a hatch to access the HVAC which looks SO much better! and they cleaned up! I have recommended Next Level Builders & Design to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a great contractor.
