Tyler was willing to spend the time needed to fight an outside drain that had been clogged for years. What we thought might take 20 minutes took several hours. Then he offered to check every other outside drain in the system, both the drains and the outlets, to make sure the system was working completely. I really appreciate his work ethic and great customer service! He's on my rapid dial list if/when next year's leaves and dirt clog my old system.

Drain clog turned out to be a bigger problem. Technician tried hard to clear drain but did not have sufficient expertise. He gave us a discount but we got no improvement of our oroblem.
