Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy, I was expecting him to just give me an estimate and schedule a time to come back, but he was able to fix my carpeting right away in two rooms. Couldn't believe how fast he worked, plus explaining to me what needed to happen first for my approval. He not only moved the furniture, but my smaller items I had in the rooms, (since I wasn't prepared for him to be doing it right away), and even put everything back when done. Very satisfied.

Charles did a great job with the repair/cleaning project. On-time and professional. He uses well-maintained equipment and demonstrated his experience with a thorough, efficient result. Provided solid advice to maintain our flooring, as well as useful tips with other systems in our new home. Price was fair for the labor involved in re-stretching the carpet. Bonus - this is a veteran-owned business.

The work was satisfactory however the price quoted was several hundred dollars more than the initial amount quoted over the phone. Because of the price difference I was unable to get all the work done that we discussed.
Response from Company:
When a quote is given over the phone, it is for the starting price of each piece. Providing the upholstery is made out of synthetic material. No quote is final until upholstery is seen in person. A quote was given prior to any work being done and an explanation of the manufacturer's recommendation.

Charles was on time , kept us informed at all times about our appointment and service. He was a REAL PRO. He gave advice about future carpet and use of cleaning soutions (on hard floors & their effect on carpeting). We paid him independently of "Home Advisor". Our experience with scheduling FROM HOME ADVISOR was canceled twice. e dealt completely with Charles from "Nice & Clean." We willnever use "Home Advisor" again. They asked for credit card info in advance & guaranteed a price. According to our provider of service this was erroneous activity.
