Very professional but the last time the service was performed I was told that he did not move furniture. It was a dresser that needed moved out from the wall and my mother and I could not move it, it was too heavy. It was the only time we had asked for assistance because my sister was moving in. The rest of the cleaning experience lacked his professionalism. I went on to hire another carpet cleaner.
