Charles was the best of the best. He is a pro supreme. He knows cleaning inside out and loves what he does. I learned about how best to care for carpeting and am better for it. He is pleasant and honest. I would recommend Charles to any and everyone. The cost was more than I expected but the service and value is the worth it. You get what you pay for and with Charles and Nice and Clean you get the best!
