Though the man was friendly, he took very little time, did not move furniture but only cleaned the man walked on areas of the carpet. When he was done I noticed spots so he took a slippery fluid and rubbed the spots till they disappeared. But that left a residue and shortly afterward the spots were much larger and darker and my carpet looked worse.

Charles is a very informative man. He saved us from getting new carpet when we didn't need it. Communication was clear on pricing and had the same pricing as Stanly Cleaner but did both cleaning and stretching the carpet. He was very sociable. I would recommend him to everyone.
