    Charley promptly called me, was on time for the appt, diagnosed the problem in about 10 min, fixed it in 20, installed new air filters for me and waited around long enough to ensure that the furnace was working properly. I had called him after having suffered for 3 weeks without heat while another company tried one thing after another to fix the problem unsuccessfully. Not only would I call charley again, I will call him first next time! This guy takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. That's rare these days.

    Charles is on time, does great work at a reasonable price. Stayed long hours if they needed to. They do such a great job, I would only call them now. They are trustworthy and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
