    It was a great experience from the moment of contact. Sarah answered all my questions, explained the services, and gave me an estimate of what I could expect before Charlie came out. We scheduled an appointment within the time frame I needed. Charlie inspected my heating system and vents and explained that whatever problem I was having was fixed by my changing the filter a few days before he arrived. He was incredibly honest and that means so much! He didn't even charge me for the visit and asked that I call back in the Fall for some heater maintenance. You know I will! I would definitely recommend Charlie and Next Level Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Charlie, the owner showed up within two or three hours of my call. He figured out and fixed the problem with our heating system in a short amount of time. Charlie was fast, efficient, and very pleasant. Will definitely use this company again!

    THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST OF THE BEST. HE CAME ON TIME, FOUND THE PROBLEM WHICH WAS THE THERMOSTAT, HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THAT THEN HE CHECKED THE FURNACE OVER AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ONE SINGLE CENT. HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU EXPERIENCE THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION. I RECOMMEND HIM100 POINT ZERO ZERO PERCENT

    The furnace inside my rental home was going bad and it was winter time. I had Charlie go out to the house and meet me there. He looked at and told me right away that the furnace in there was over 25 years old and I needed a new one. He has installed the new, up to date one and it is working great. Charlie is a very nice, personable guy and he wants to make you a happy customer. I highly recommend Next Level Heating and Air Conditioning. They are all great workers.

    Was a great experience - found the problem right away and fixed it in 30 min with a lifetime guarantee. The only thing I don't know is a cost comparison, the price of $227 for parts and labor to fix the surface ignitor seemed very fair, but I don't have anything else to compare it to.
