    I decided to add Air Conditioning to the job. So price paid was for both the high efficiency furnace and A/C. Excellent crew.

    We had 5 estimates and Charlie was the only one who we felt gave us straight answers. He is knowledgeable a true professional. He and is assistant Chad showed up on time, and never left our place with debris. It was hot in the attic and they still spent an entire day installing new duct work. Chad even went back in to take some pictures because he said there were signs our roof was leaking from underneath. I would recommend Next Level to anyone needing any type of HVAC work or a replacement unit.

    The owner, Charlie, of Next Level Heating & Air Conditioning is a gem. He was extremely affable, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and made the repair. He was in and out in 30 minutes. What a great find!

    I WAS AFRAID OF BEING RIPPED OFF OR OVER CHARGED AS I HAVE BEEN BEFORE , BUT CHARLIE WAS GREAT! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. IN FACT I'M CALLING HIM AGAIN TO FIX SOME STUFF I HAD DONE BEFORE THAT WAS DONE WRONG.

    Charlie gave me two options of how to resolve the issue. Of course I went with the less costly of a way to resolve the issue. Everything started working great. I would definitely recommend Charlie.

    Charlie came out to our home and gave us an estimate. His prices were fair and he was very friendly yet completely professional. We had a small leak shortly after installation and he came out to see what the issue was and correct it the same day that we called. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
