"Carl negotiated the time for the work to start and he and his helper arrived exactly as promised. On one part of the scheduled work, Carl's helper uncovered a bad connection in the outdoor AC wiring that was both a fire hazard and a waste of electricity. That was repaired and the job completed in less time than it would have taken for me to do it myself. Like about a day less (and I have done plenty of electrical work) ."

"Kevin and his crew replaced my mother's siding and trim with Hardi products and it looks great. They found some local termite and wet rotted rim joist under the rotted siding. They replaced the joist after bringing in a professional pest guy to spray the framing to kill the termites. My home didn't have any building paper or flashing around the windows. Kevin's crew installed metal flashing and Tyvek wrap before they started the siding, all included in the original price. They used adhesive flashing around the windows over the Tyvek then installed the Hardi trim directly on the frame before they installed the Hardi siding. All the windows and doors have metal flashing above and below. The rains damaged some fresh caulking and they were here the following Saturday to fix it. No question we hired the right contractor. Next spring we plan to have Kevin's crew replace the remaining side of the house siding since it wasn't in the budget to do it this year. Great pricing!"

He asked me for more details about the job and then sent me a very reasonable proposal. I told him I'd like to proceed and he let me know the date for install - 4 weeks out. (Trades are so busy right now!) Danny and Tua showed up 10 minutes early and were friendly and professional. The light fixture over the sink could not accommodate the can light that I wanted due to a beam, but Danny offered up an alternate fixture that looks great. He checked in with us on spacing for the remainder of the lights as well as the height for the chandelier. They worked well together and I felt like we were partners in the project with them - letting them know our preferences and then they executed beautifully. Sooo pleased! I highly recommend them and will use them again!"

"I needed to have a charging station installed in my garage after purchasing an EV Bolt. I didn't know of any electricians and so I tired Home Advisor. I filled out a request on Sunday and Monday morning Tony Munguia called to say he could come at 1 PM to give me an estimate. He was promptly at my front door at 1 PM and he was very thorough in his estimate. He used a calculator on his phone to see if the correct wire size would fit in my existing conduit that went from our house to the detached garage. He was very personable and I connected with him while he explained his estimate. I accepted it and he and crew came promptly at 8 AM and excellently install the craving station in my garage. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the jon by 4:30 PM. I now k now of an excellent electrical contractor in Marin should I need one in the future. I would highly recommend their services."

"He and his crew did the work and all were very professional. They did great work under a very highly stressed atmosphere. Elias came to work, as it was, he said let me take care of it all. He jumped in to do the electrical work, he took care of the permits, took the extra step and even spoke to the inspector. He was always there on time, he come in and take care of business and made sure everything got handled correctly and it was all within city/county code regulations. He handled it all, he was there for us. He was on top of the job, very thorough each and every step of the way. He allowed me to focus on other projects needed. He made wonderful suggestions on adding power for outdoor lighting and repair and improvement of a switch. Hi recommendation involved hiding the wiring by hooking the 2 devices up to a double switch on an inside wall. Other bidders suggested attaching almost 20 feet of wiring to the exterior of my house. He explained everything very clearly. He noticed an outdoor outlet that wasn't rain proof and suggested changing that out. Finally, his price was very fair and lower than other bids.
