It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. Ken and everyone at Next Gen roofing did an excellent job removing our old roof and installing a new one with a 50 year warranty!! Gonna be around longer than me. Looks great and they addressed all our concerns by installing water / ice barriers, flashing etc. And just making us feel 100% confident that our roof is even better than it was 62 years ago when it was built new.

Everything about our project was extremely professional. It was a real pleasure to deal with Dennis as he explained every step of our roof replacement in great detail, much different from other reps who barely spent 10 minutes at our initial meeting. Once we decided to proceed, all went smoothly and as promised. A big, cheerful crew showed up at our house on a sunny day and literally transformed our house in 1 long day. When the project was done, all the mess and debris was beautifully cleaned up. This was the best experience I've had dealing with a large house project and would recommend this crew to everyone. I already told all my neighbors!!! Thank you Dennis and Crew

The folks at NextGen were absolutely amazing to work with, and made the process of completing the first major project on my home a snap! Brett, Brian, Mike and Haleigh went above and beyond during the whole process of getting a new roof installed after some storm damage revealed my roof was an old, beat-up mess that needed replacing anyway.
