"We purchased a home on the jersey shore that had suffered some neglect and numerous norâ easters. There were eight large plate type commercial grade windows that were 4 by 8 feet each. Most had failed and were compromised. Brian showed up with a vision that transformed our home. He and his band of merry men were able to remove all of the windows and associated framework and start anew. They installed 16 skylights in place of the defunct windows . The finish carpenter completed the interior to match the contemporary look of our house. His initial quote was the final price. There were no hidden fees or up charges."

"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. Supplies and a dumpster arrived a day before. Dumpster removed the day after completion. Great job, Great suppliers from a Great and Caring company."

"I reached out to Lincoln Roofing in desperation to get my 3rd floor condo balcony resurfaced as the poorly done original surface was blistering peeling and exposed in a way I was concerned about water damage to the foundation. Lincoln Roofing is a roofing company whose main business is, well, roofing! And normally I was told they do not deal with condo owners or balconies. The owner Albin however, feeling my pain at my difficulty in finding someone who would help me with this project, kindly agreed to help me out - I had been searching for almost a year to only have contractor after contractor tell me they couldn t/wouldn t take the job! After researching my problem we agreed the best course of action would be to remove the existing underlying wood surface and replace it then apply one of the deck membranes on the market - we agreed on Dec-Tec, one of the choices I had already evaluated. I had researched this myself and knew this was the best approach but the spouse wanted a simple resurface as the HOA suggested . It was actually a relief to have Lincoln advise and support what I had realized was the best approach as I wanted a solution not a limited value time-wise workaround. Lincoln came in and took care of the project in a single day, and the final product looks fantastic to where I know it will enhance the value of my condo if and when I decide to sell, especially as I know other units in my community have the same balcony issue. I cannot thank Albin and Lincoln enough for his willingness to help me out of my bind. He has assured me he stands by the work, and as well that I can reach out if there any issues with the workmanship or membrane - which as it comes with a ten year warranty should not be an issue, but if so he totally ensures the work and assures the warranty followup. I cannot speak to Lincoln as a roofer but as a business you will not find a more honest, reliable, and diligent contractor. Thank you Albin and Lincoln, I am very happy with my new balcony!!"

"Sam pulled up our Brick walkway & leveled it because it was flooding at the steps. He looked at it on Saturday, came to do the job on Tuesday, it rained Wednesday & poured Thursday & Friday, Thanks to Sam No Flooding issues. He even fixed a few other things he saw around the house that needed doing. I was going to do job myself but Sam gave me a fair price I couldn’t argue with. In a business where people overestimate costs based on being expected to be talked down it was refreshing to be quoted a fair price! Prior to a major rain storm he came out and put a tarp over the leaky portion of the roof. The crew that did the work were very professional and finished in one day.
