They called us back immediately and they came out exactly when they said they would. Once here they checked everything inside and outside our home and it turned out that they felt that the animal had gotten out on their own. They gave us some recommendations and never charged us for their time. I was very surprised with how wonderfully honest the gentleman was. I would use them in the future and would recommend them to my friends
