The tech that came to my house was great. He was very nice explained everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable with the fact that nothing he was doing would hurt my pets. He was very thorough. And I have hired them to do a termite treatment ( I hadn't done this for a very long time.) I am very pleased and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Although there was a mix-up originally which caused the technician to be late, the owner quickly responded to the situation, apologized, and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service...you can tell the owner cares about his work and reputation. We had gotten another quote from another business and Newtown was cheaper. I would use them again.
