Initial contact and termite inspection was very good. Tech indicated that I could expect to receive the inspection report in a couple of days as there were no problems. Issue I had was that the pro forma inspection report, which I need for a Refi, took over a week (via email) to receive and only after calling them several times to inquire when I could expect the report. I was disappointed in the back end service.

We are very sorry your experience was not up to your expectation. We received inspection report from tech on the 7th of Sept.and it was emailed 9/12. It does not normally take that long but it was a crazy week coming back from Holiday. I am sure we would not disappoint given another chance.

called and told me they could not find my home, and then told me they will not be in the area for awhile, what kind of service is that. All they had to do is ask me directions again, or i would of met them somewhere.
