Glenn was great, he saw that we only needed sticky pest strips and they really worked with these terrifying crickets we had after our air conditioner leaked. He was kind and didn't charge me. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Service rep was ontime for every appointment. Rep completed internal and external review of home, focusing on areas I specified as possible issues. Sales rep was the same person who did treatment. I asked about TERMIDOR which was the product used, and I asked about the process (trenching and rodding) which was done. I was at home for the application and confirmed the trench and rodding process as I requested, and it was done right with careful attention to putting dirt and landscape back in place. 5 stars and I will use again for repeat treatments. Great company!
