Prompt and good communication. Would definitely use them again

We were given Manny's name (Metiche Landscaping) by a neighbor who used him. Manny represented himself as the owner of the company when he wasn't. Manny quoted $5000 to remove some bush stumps, clean out the undergrowth, install a small retaining wall, plant some bushes, install mulch around some trees and plants and replace rocks that he took out to clean out the flower area. When Manny arrived he increased the bid to $7300 because I wanted some additional rocks removed. When the work was done, Manny wanted cash and would not provide a receipt. Manny completed most of the work, but never returned to complete the job and after a couple of rainfalls, all of the weeds he was supposed to have removed returned, and and at that point I noticed that Manny did not remove all of the stumps, he also did not install weed barrier under the rocks. I contacted the company and spoke to a female who said she owned the business and Manny was just a foreman. I told her about the work that was not completed and the work that was not completed properly. The owner "Lanoya" stated she was not aware of the work and that other employees were fired because they took side jobs representing her company and that other people had complained. The owner said she would look into the work and get back with me. I asked her to send someone other than Manny out to look at the job to see what needed to be done and she told me she would have to look at her schedule but she didn't know what to do about the issues. Its been a couple of days, the owner still has not returned my calls and will not answer her phone.

Arrived on time, communicated very well and also educated us on the type of tree we have and what to know for the future. Great pricing too. No complaints at all highly recommended!

They did an excellent job. Manny came out the same day to provide a quote and he quickly scheduled the appointment. They were timely, professional and kind. I will be using them for any other landscaping needs we have in the future. I highly recommend!

what a great experience. the estimate was delivered within 24 hrs and the work completed before the week was out. quality work with great and fair pricing. they also cleaned up and left the yard in better shape than when they arrived. i will work with them again.
