"I found this company on the same day that I hired them. I had a project and an installer lined up but my installer had something come up and was unable to do the job. After finding these guys, I called Luis and asked him if he could come by and take a look and tell me if he could do the job that same weekend. He was extremely helpful and came within an hour driving all the way from Houston to the Woodlands. He gave me a measurement and a quote saying his guys could start that same day Friday afternoon and be done by Sunday. He delivered on his promise even going so far as to give me a discount on the original quote. I was reluctant hiring someone other than my regular guy but Luis’ guys work was outstanding. Both him as well as his guys, two men, Felix and one other, were extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and above all experts at what they do. They even cleaned up everything when they were done, outside and inside. Luis is young but don’t let his age fool you. He knows how to effectively run a business as well as retain customers. Hats off to these guys who started Friday afternoon and were finished with a perfect job by Sunday afternoon. They even helped put our fridge back in the kitchen and hook it up again. "My carpet is 30+ years old. I had planned on replacing this year, but other priorities jumped ahead of this. I thought I should at least get it cleaned and buy myself some time until the carpet is actually replaced. I did not expect any miracles, due to the age of the carpet, but they came in and completely brought my carpet back to life again. I would have never imagined it, due to the wear on the carpet through the years. It's clean, it's fresh, it's fluffy again! (and sanitized for my grandchildren who will be crawling on it!!) They were extremely professional and explained what they do and why they do it. No pressure tactics at all, no telling me one thing and then doing another. If that would have happened, I would have wrote them off of my list instantly. They came in and did the job at the exact price that was quoted by phone and I even added an additional cleaning of an oriental rug for them to clean while they were there. All for a very fair price ! Jose and his crew were very pleasant and enthusiastic when they were taking care of my carpets. It was almost as if they had completed (what I thought) was an impossible task and they were proud of their accomplishment ! I can't say enough about what a spectacular experience this was, and I have already passed the word to family members about Citrus Advanced. I will definitely continue to spread the word and keep them in mind for future projects. The tile floors will need to be cleaned soon as well, and I know who I will be calling!"
