"First, I appreciated the format of his bid. It was itemized and stated in language that I could understand. Second, when I contacted him to let him know his bid was selected, he was quick to respond and get me on his calendar. There were a team of three. They worked quietly and quickly. Clearing their work space and carefully covering my belongings to protect from damage. When I had questions, Miguel took the time to answer thoroughly before returning to his task. What really impressed me was Miguel noticed a couple of things that were not written in the contract, nor did I request them to be tended to. As time progressed, he noticed the attic access door needed to be painted, so he took care of it. And there was trim in the hall he took care of painting that also was not in the contract. And finally above the fireplace was an issue that needed retaping and painting. As a customer I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. There was no nickel and diming. It was just good customer service."

Once we received the very reasonable estimate, we scheduled our start date. The painters arrived on time. Richard walked through the house and marked paint colors for all rooms and the work began. 3 guys moved and covered the furniture, painted the rooms, baseboards, doors and ceilings. "After Hurricane Harvey hit it took awhile to get the insurance company to come out. And then trying to schedule the repairs on the roof and inside of house was tough. We had a different company that we worked with before on the actual roof. Their person who did the schedule ind repairs on the inside of the houses was booked for months. I went on to Home Advisors and were given 3 recommendations. One never contacted me, the other one was higher in price by about $1000. Tx Elite roofing did an excellent job!!!! They said it would take only two days to do. Even working around my families schedule it took only two days. They moved the furniture, put it back, cleaned up, and hauled away the debris. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again. In fact I have several jobs that I am going to be saving up for to have them do."

"Johan not only painted the inside of the entire house. He was patient with the color choices and was able to work with us to get the right shade of grey we needed. This involved some trial and error in our color chooses. Once we found the right color, the entire house looked amazing after the paint job was done. In addition, we also needed to remove the popcorn ceiling in all the main rooms and entrance ways. Johan was able to do that amd then apply the white paint on the ceiling. Many people who had come to house and saw the before and after were very impressed with the job. Lastly, he was a very decent person to have work on the house because he was friendly and very easy to discuss ideas by him , having just moved into our house.
