We were so impressed with him during that call, that we hired him on the spot He did not disappoint. He came out to our house to do his inspection. He was so professional in his approach but also personable and kind. He spent a huge amount of time going through everything in the house and explained things in terms we could easily understand. He went far beyond anything we expected in terms of explaining everything we asked. I would recommend him for any project as he is so experienced

Neil was one of the loveliest and most professional people I have ever worked with. He took the time on our first consultation over the phone to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I hired him from a different coast and trusted that he would have my back when inspecting a property for possible purchase. He was honest about what he could and couldn't do by certain dates and kept his word. His inspection was thorough, including the basement of the building, electrical flow from the meters up to the actual apartment, and well-documented with many photos including arrows as well as a follow-up complete report at the very end. I would highly recommend him to inspect any property even with major concerns of leaks or possible potential for water damage in the future Etc I cannot overstate how professional, pleasant to work with and honorable this man is. His engineering background is worth his fair price and more. I would recommend them highly to my closest friends who live in New York and need any sort of property inspected. His attention to detail will tell you everything you need to know about a property.

Neil was thoughtful and took his time to look at everything we wanted to show him. As he looked around he also made verbal suggestions on things that needed to be fixed that was not necessarily a part of the structure of the house, but to be safe; that was appreciated.

The guidance that we received from Neil when launching into a basement waterproofing and renovation has been invaluable. He caught several things that would have been real pitfalls for us later, including that a wall we previously thought was not load-bearing actually was! He thoroughly explained all the issues involved and possible remedies we could implement. Neil was also really good about telling us which things were essential and which were more optional or could be addressed at a later date. It is clear he has a real passion for the work, is extremely knowledgable and communicates well. We felt so much better armed to go into conversations with general contractors after our meeting with Neil. He was also extremely generous with his time - we did not feel rushed at all during our walkthrough and he was available for follow-up questions afterward. Homeowners, do not let mistakes during renovation bite you later - take the time to hire Neil first!
