Ted went on the roof, took pictures and showed me the cracks and holes. Especially around the sky lights. Let it rain. No more ceiling stains for me.

Ted was very informative. He provided a realistic estimate. We had no surprises. Ted explained the issues involving our patio roof. Incidentally we just purchased our home in early March. The inspection did not evaluate the patio roof as thoroughly as the house roof. We were led to believe we had very minor repairs on the main house roof. Imagine our surprise to invest significant monies just weeks after moving in! Ted was friendly, professional & thorough. His crew completed the job in a timely manner. We are extremely pleased. I was told by another roofer he could do my room in 16 weeks. Ted and his crew did it 2 days starting the day we talked. As I looked at the roof the first word that came out of my mouth was ... WOW! It looked great. Every section of the roof was coated very well. He even coated the AC unit flashing. Very happy with the job done.
