Roger Dubois did not finish the work. He told me he would be back to finish but I've not seen him. I have contacted him several times and heard nothing in return. I made the mistake of paying him in full. He was hired to install two pool handrails. One is fine, the other is very wobbly. I would not recommend nor would I hire him again.
Unfortunately we had a tech quit with no notice. This left us shorthanded. So it took a few extra days to get back to the customer and address her concern. Her concerns were addressed and corrected. The customer is now satisfied.

I was having several issues with the functioning of the pool. The pool guy said it might just be the filter. He came to my house (I wasn't home) and 'fixed' the problem. I then got a bill for $50 for cleaning the filter. What I found out later is that they didn't clean the filter; they just removed the cartridge and left it outside the filter. Because of that, I ended up having to buy a new filter. I was surprised that they handled it the way they did, but I have refused to pay the bill. I then called the other company (Pool Services of Central Fla). They came out and replaced and re-installed the cartridge. They only charged me for the new cartridge.
There was a miscommunication between the repair tech & myself. I thought he cleaned the filter when in actuality he had removed it. I was trying to be nice and only charged him $50 for the service call instead of the normal $95. The owner never called me to tell me there was still an issue. If he had I would have resolved it to his satisfaction. We are human and not perfect. In 14 years this is our first bad review.
Good work...quoted job on phone. Would have preferred something in writing.
Had the homeowner requested we would have certainly provided a written proposal. Nearly all proposals are emailed. This was the exception to the rule. First I hear that she would have liked a written proposal.
Finally found an fair and honest pool company that knows what are doing. Called them after another company screw up. My Pool Repairman was on time and finished the job n timely manner, and explained everything to me. Price was very fair. As far as I'm concerned, My Pool Man gets an A+
