It turns out my problem was easily rectified and we werenÂ’t charged a penny. This company took at least an hour of their day to assess our problem. This is what I call exceptional customer service. I believe the name of the representative was named Brian. Highly recommend My Pool Guy and I will call them again. Marie M

They came to my house, took the MasterTemp 400 apart then said they would call me later with an estimate. A week has passed and they never called back.

Response from Company:

First of all the heater was put back together after the diagnosis. The owner stood over the technician the whole time & said he could get the part on Amazon and get it in 2 days. He was called after we got the price for the part. No response. He was called again and texted after leaving this review but no response.

If you need someone to take care of the pool this is the company to go with. They are good at what they do. They arrived a couple of days sooner than what he told me and started to work on the pool right away. They are quick and do a great job.
