He damaged my spa light that was working and he wants to charge me now to fix it.

This customer asked us to check her lights. She said her electrician checked and he thought it might be a bad wire going to the lights. When we arrived there was nothing working because the wires were left disconnected from the circuit breaker. I HAVE PICTURES. The circuit breaker would trip as soon as power was applied to it with no lights connected. I called her and explained it to her and told her we would have to replace the breaker before we went any further. She said ok. We replaced the breaker & tested the lights. The technician determined that the pool light needed a bulb and gasket. The spa light tripped the breaker when turned on. That means there is a short in the light fixture & needs replacing. I called her and explained it to her 5 times. She insists the spa light was working when it wasn't even connected. We left it exactly how we found it. Also, we did not even charge her for our 2 trips out there or the circuit breaker that we purchased. I have been in business for over 17 years and have never had a situation like this. As you can see from our other reviews we are a reputable company.

Highly Recommended A = Awesome Service from Mr Roger My Pool Man. An honest person. He saved me from a Pinch-a-Penny guy that was about to rip me off with the idea that was necessary for me to buy an (A1 hp pump complete installed with supplies and labor basic install with tax $638.00) Honest to God he solved the problem that was a simple mistake that I did wrong. He realized what went wrong and fixed it. Of course I confessed: I Didn’t open the air valve 1st, but the pool pump leaf canister "compartment" after release a lot of water I didn’t refill the intake with water. Then upon start, the pump wasn’t pushing any air out through the discharge; between one thing and another the pump stop working. Also bought a new leaf canister, sealed leaks and repaired a pipe. He’s the best and provided impressive and excellent service. My Pool Man forever and ever thanks so very much.

Absolutely amazing. Very professional and friendly. They contacted me immediately, scheduled an appointment, called to confirm 30 minutes before arriving and quickly and inexpensively fixed my problem. Later that day I received a follow up call to ensure my satisfaction with the service. This is the way Customer Service used to be. I have an unconditional review and recommend.

Prompt to respond. Provided great recommendations that others did not such as installing a surge protector which we researched and verified that it is a good idea to protect expensive pool equipment. Would hire again.

Jack was fine but was quoted for stone work work including the stone to go all the way around the spa... Sent pictures before hand to Roger but apparently never got to Jack. Anyway, end up having to buy stone from Jack suggestions he could cut them. Did not expect to be charged more or less... but I had to pay for the stone and only got the stone 3/4 the way around the spa. Also, after all of this jack suggested buying the cut stone after I purchased a ton of non cut stone... never did cut stone come up considering he said he would cut it. Anyway, results were not as expected but good enough. I do not think people actually listen to what you are saying anymore and just have their own vision. Jack worked hard as well as his helper but still. Communication goes a long way, when I was not getting that from the emails I should have known...

This customer asked for someone to help him with the stone work around his spa. I referred Jack who has over 30 years experience. He has doing work for me for about 10 years including work on my own pool. I have never had a complaint from anyone he did work for. This customer who states that communication goes a long way never contacted me to communicate that he had any issue. Had he done that I would have made sure that it was resolved to his satisfaction, just like all the other reviews you see here.
