Elliott came out quickly and provided an efficient through inspection. When he examined the property noticed that the our property tax was wrongly assessed and gave us suggestions to remedy it. The service was above and beyond our expectations .No hesitations in fully recommending him.

I apologize to Trina who hired me to perform an appraisal for a divorce and she thought the value was much higher however the comparable sales did not show anything higher. I always give an opportunity to share sold sales from their realtor and I guess they could not come up with better comparable sales.

Elliot was great. During our first conversation he encouraged me to not only read through the reviews on him but to do my due diligence and compare to others before hiring him. Which I did ð ð ½. During our walk through he was very thorough and answered all my questions. We meet on a Friday, he said he would have my report by Tuesday and he sent it before noon on Tuesday. The report is detailed and easy to read. If I ever need an appraiser, I utilize him again as well as I will recommend him to others.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
