Extremely impressed by Mr. Morales and his knowledge of the entire market. I used his advice on other real estate related issues, and I just can not say enough about his advice. I have used other appraisers in the past who just checked boxes. Elliott was thorough, way more detailed, and was available to answer any and all my concerns/ questions. Needless to say, I will call him again, and recommend him to others without hesitation.

When I refinanced my home, the bank ordered an appraisal. The appraised value seemed inaccurate and lower than expected. I hired Elliott of Morales Real Estate Associates to perform an appraisal for a second opinion. I was very pleased with Elliott's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. The appraisal that I received from Elliott was inline with my expectation. The report was thorough and accurate. I would recommend Morales Real Estate to any potential customers.

Elliott appraised my house and sold it last year. He did an outstanding job. I was going to take a lower offer but Elliott encouraged me to wait. Within a short period of time, I got a full price offer from another buyer! It was 30K more than the offer I would have taken! Hire this man to appraise and sell your home and listen to his advice!!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
