I would definitely recommend Elliott Morales to others looking for help in appealing their town real estate revaluation appraisals. He performed an excellent job reducing my revalued number by a large percentage. I am now anticipating the first appeals phone call and I know he will be a strong advocate that the assessors will need to take seriously. He wrote a copious report for them with photos, comparisons, definitions, laws, and referenced his impressive experience and credentials. He knows the terrain because he has sat on the appeals board for revaluations for Brookfield, CT. He charges a small amount for "testimony" which means he will do the arguing for me on the phone! His idea for quantitatively lowering my appraisal was great, and something I would not have known about myself. He can help out on amazingly short notice and makes himself available during his long work hours. He is enthusiastic and kind, a real pleasure to work with.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
