And they did it cheerfully without complaining even though it took several attempts to get it out. And they showed me the animal and then put it in a plastic bag and disposed of it. I was so glad to get the smelly thing out of my house!!! And they cleaned the chimney and didn't make any mess. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Ask for Ray.
