Reviews
Write a ReviewI was having a move out cleaning. In a move out, all the interiors of cabinets, woodwork, fridge, need to be cleaned. The cleaners were a 1/2 hour late from the time they told me they were heading to my place. I reviewed what I wanted done, but neither cleaner had much English, so I am not sure how much was understood. I asked them to go back and do two things (clean light switches and the area around door handles), which they did. As they were finishing, I got a urgent phone call, and couldn't review the whole place before they left. The next day I discovered: they hadn't cleaned the ice machine or freezer, hadn't cleaned any window sills, hand't cleaned some of the baseboards, and some of the floors hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There were sticky spots on the floor. It took me almost another hour of cleaning. What's the point of hiring a relatively expensive service if they don't know what do, and how to do it? The language barrier is also frustrating. My usual cleaners (who weren't available at the time I needed) always ensure any team has at least one person who has workable English.
very professional
They did a great job scheduling but arrived 2 hours after the window of time, didn't clean the two things I specifically asked them to do and forgot to clean one of the bedrooms. Very unhappy.
I talked to the customer representative about my cleaning plan, and he was able to accommodate with my request which is on the second day, I like that. But I thought it was a two people's job, but 3 ladies showed up, and showed up a little late. I haven't got the bill yet, not sure if they will charge me based on 3 people or 2 people. And all I asked them to clean in the end is just 2 empty rooms and 1 and half baths, and it took them almost 1.5 hours to finish, which seems a little long to me.
They were professional and friendly.
One maid called Matha ( or Martha) didn't do things volunteerly. She did things after you asked her and sometimes with hesitation (even though smiling is 'always' on her face). Another young maid Elena worked very hard and has a very good service attitude. Overall, the first one hour they did things slowly, much slower than if I clean it myself, giving people a feeling that they are wasting time (because it charges by time.) After one hour they speed-up, like what professional maids should be.
The ladies were wonderful and concern about using the correct cleaning a supply for the various surfaces. Did a nice job!
Expensive....and very difficult to communicate with workers.
When scheduling I was told the service would cost around $200, but in the end got charged $375
Two people came and cleaned for about 2 1/2 hours for a rental house after tenants moved out. Emphasis on kitchens and bathrooms. I didn't specifically request tape to be removed from walls and there was still tape stuck in several places. The tape was difficult to see so could have been missed.
