The corners of the floors, the showers & the shower railings were not thoroughly cleaned. Also the cabinets were not wiped down & although the waste baskets were emptied they were not wiped down. However, the customer service was excellent & the staff was flexible to accommodate additional cleaning when they arrived.

Sandy is very professional gal who provided bid. Sally & Jenny are a great team and do good work; have asked for them yo return.

I am very disappointed with this comapny. The marked up my walls taking the vacumm up stairs. the put their fingers through the plastic on my formal dining room chairs. They use my tile floor polish as cleaner. They did not even clean and polish the entry way floor because it was still sticky from something being dropped. I would not recommend them to anyone!

They were excellent. I will recommend them. They need to better explain what I am paying for. They did a great job.

They followed up to schedule promptly and were able to fit me in on short notice.

They missed a the toilet seat, but otherwise did a fantastic job. The place was really bad before they cleaned it. Now it's much better to say the least. Very well done!

They broke my handheld shower (all she had to do was turn the water on) do not know why she had to twist the head? I realized the next day that it was broken. Did not complete the cleaning.

Did an ok job but seems to rush through and did not put things back the way they found them. Lft sheets for them to change the bed which they did but looked unprofessional. Will give it another chance but if we don't receive better service may consider someone else.

They did an okay job, but I was not very impressed and not sure if I would recommend them to others.

I would definetly recommend Molly Maids.
