The company did not offer a "green" or scent free option that I could find on the web site, and the employees who showed up looked puzzled when I asked. they dumped our recycling into the trash, and trash into the recycling, even after i walked them out and showed them, so Im not sure they understood. I'd really prefer that they make sure they employees can communicate with the customer.

Met with Sandy for an estimate. She seemed professional. Ladies came to do initial deep clean - no baseboards dusted, they didn't even clean the kitchen sink! AND YET I still decided I would let them come 2 weeks later. They were supposed to be here by 8:30 today. I called at 9 am and a man said someone would call me back with an ETA on the Team arriving. I called again at 10:06 and that person said Marissa would call me back. I called again at 10:36 and left a voice mail still looking for my Team. At 10:49 Marissa calls me back and says she's been really busy this morning and knows that I have called several times, but she had estimates to do. That right there says it all folks. They don't give a crap about their customers they've got more important things to do than to talk to us. This woman is a joke - check out the Yelps that mention her in the Molly Maid on Winchester location which is listed as closed. My guess is they got such negative reviews they changed their location trying to start over again. Weill, Marissa is the same - sucks and the cleaning reviews seem pretty on target as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They did a nice job. They did everything I asked. There were some things overlooked which prevents me from giving them 5 stars. Overall for a good surface job I was very pleased.
