Crew should carefully check the completion of their work to ensure nothing was left out. In my case, all the inside walls were not cleaned only a few. Webs were on the ceilings.

So detail oriented, careful, and thorough in each cleaning.

I want to say that for 160 dollars per hour, and the quality of the cleaning that I received. Fell under par. I did find items that were missed. My bad for not double-checking everything right after. But I was trusting these 2 women , to do the job they were hired to do. Which they do daily I believe. I will NOT go with Molly maids again. Nothing against the ladies. Just sub par results.

I am just so happy to get my house vac-ed again!!! I am handicapped and can no longer do these things. SO HAPPY there are services like this for help. thank you

I discovered that I do just as good a job as they did. Could have saved myself 225.00.

We hired them to do a deep clean for the first round of services and then a weekly maintenance once a week. The house was cleaned overall on average. There were some spots missed which was the oven that needed a thorough wiping after they cleaned it. When I turned the stove on to use it, the fumes from the chemicals were bad:( Anyway, this can easily be remedied by letting them know tomorrow when they come back to clean out these areas. This was also the case with the stovetop fan blower above, there is still oil dripping though the top had cleaner that dried and did not look polished which was not thoroughly cleaned during the deep clean we requested. Other than that, great customer service and just a few minor things to go over with them tomorrow when they come again. Thank you Molly Maid.
