I'd give Minor Adjustments 6 stars if it were possible. We are astounded by the friendly professionalism and excellent quality of work provided by this team. We needed a load bearing wall removed during our home remodel, and from the consult visit to the actual wall removal, we knew we'd made the best decision in hiring this team. Matt (the owner) answered and replied back every time I had to call or txt regarding the project. The work was done exactly as promised, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We are 100% satisfied! We hired Minor Adjustments in part due to the high quality of reviews posted by customers. I wanted to post as well, so that others who are considering this team know what a great choice they are. For any future work, we'll definitely hire them again!

I made my inquiry for a sinking driveway and walkway and Minor Adjustments was the first recommended business in the search engine. Before I could read his reviews he was calling me on the phone. He came out the same day and did an estimate and started work the next day. He finished on time and on budget. Several of my neighbors have seen his work and have asked me for his contact info. I highly recommend Minor Adjustments.

Matt, the individual that contacted me, reached out to me via phone, very soon after I made the request through the Home Advisor website, got the specifics of the job and let me know that he was actually able to complete the work THAT DAY! The work was excellent, the communication was the best of any landscaping professional I've ever worked with, and the price was super reasonable. First of all, He did not follow my instructions on how i wanted my concrete laid. We have 2 barn doors that we cannot have it hitting the concrete ground. He did NOT listen. He put the concrete down and we couldn't open the doors. He then had someone come out to shave the door down but now there is a gap..and now there is ability for water to enter. Secondly, I asked him if he was putting metal reinforcement in when he put the concrete down. He said no, all new concrete comes with fiber in it and that acts as a reinforcement. I called Chaney's concrete for a second option and they said only if you pay an additional fee that's when you would have the fiber concrete installed and its usually upon request. I wanted metal reinforcement no fiber concrete and now I'm not sure if I was charged for the Fiber because its additional. The only other thing is I used Home Advisor before with another company , for siding. He charged half to go get materials and then the rest of the payment when job was completed. This Minor Adjustments contractor made me pay the money up front before doing the job and I don't like that practice. The only LAST thing, I wanted to say was that after the job was about done he was to put down some top soil down. He was supposed to get sod and that was 3 weeks ago. He never finished the job or came back. I am Very Pleased with Home Advisor and the services they have but I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

This company was very friendly and easy to work with. Their bid was very competitive and I loved the pictures of their previous jobs. I also like how my walkway and porch turned out. They made sure they got the best collar brick to match my existing brick. I felt like the are very particular and what to make sure they do a superior job. They were very prompt to start and finished on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Matt responded to our query immediately and made arrangements to come by for an estimate that afternoon. He was so positive and confident, and his bid so reasonable, I almost felt it was too good to be true. Matt and his crew are true pros - they will do the job and do it the right way. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
