You can tell that the owner, Matt Minor loves his job and takes great pride in his work. His prices are more than fair and I really appreciated the education and ideas he shared with me about my paver repair and possible additions. He and his team arrived on schedule and completed the work in less time than I expected. I am extremely pleased and plan to work with him again.

He was extremely patient while I figured out what I wanted. He came in under the competitors price and I even went with a higher quality product. It was a good positive experience. It was also the easiest experience.

Matt - his built a paver patio and walkway at our new home. He is quick to respond to inquiries and starts work promptly. His crews are excellent! They do excellent work, arrive early each workday and give a full day of effort and keep the job site clean. Matt visits often during the work and is very involved. A very (!) nice person to deal with. Super integrity!

Will hire again for another job, bathroom repair and painting.

I enjoyed working with Mr. Matt and the two young men that worked with him. They where very professional, on time for the two days that they where here to paint my basement, also we talked about the color that I wanted and they got the correct color. Would hire him again for other projects.

Matt Minor communicated throughout project quote to completion, did an awesome job and was on time and on budget. Additional work was also completed to solidify integrity of the two story structure! Would and have recommended him to friends and family!

When the project was initially done in 2019 I was very pleasantly surprised! But shortly after the projects is when the pleasant surprise turned into anger. The projects looked great initially but they have been falling apart every since. They installed a walkway at the front entrance and a walkway in the rear of the house leading to the deck. The walkway in the rear started to unravel a couple of months later. Mr. Minor told me what I could do to repair it, that is right, what (I) could do. I was not very happy but I did in fact repair it myself. The problem is the steps and retaining wall pavers on the rear walkway have been dislodging every since. I have had to repair no less than five (5) areas. This was not without Mr. Minor*s knowledge. I actually told him the first two were on the steps and were therefore tripping hazards, that apparently did not faze him. Fast forward to a week or so ago. I noticed the pavers at the front entrance door had become totally undone. You could actually see below the walkway. This area should have been completely filled in before laying the pavers. It obviously was constructed incorrectly. I called Mr. Minor and asked that he address the matter. Mr. Minor came and told me it was essentially my problem unless I was willing to pay him to repair it, you heard right. I should pay him to repair his work. He went on to explain it is a thing called weather. WHEATHER! It is an outdoor walkway. Had I known this prior I would have looked elsewhere. I have had similar work done by others that has lasted over 20 years and longer. As I mentioned, these projects had obviously been going south from day one. In essence, Mr. Minors work look great but please do not think for a second he is going to stand behind his product, not going to happen, unless you are willing to pay up. And the rate of deterioration it appears that will be endless. Disappointed to say the very least. Incidentally, in the very beginning I went behind Mr. Minors measurements and told him his estimate was incorrect, because according to my square footage measurements his were way off. Needless to say I was left with at least a couple hundred dollars of wasted material, and of course he did not mention anything about reducing his price. I did not press the issue because I thought I could maybe use the pavers for other project. But the fact is he bought way too much material and charged me for it, after I told him his measurements were off... and by the way I did not find any use for the material. Very poor business man.

Mr Minor built a paver patio with stone wall and fire pit at our new home. He was terrific the entire way through. The estimate was done quickly and work began when promised. The crew showed up on time each day and gave a full effort. Mr Minor visited the job site daily and stayed in regular contact with me throughout. The quality of the work is excellent!! After the job they cleaned up thoroughly. I will hire them again. Excellent overall!

Work was completed in timely manner
