"Mark did an outstanding job on our front and back yard. Due to COVID-19, we changed our wedding plans and decided to get some landscaping done in order to have a small backyard wedding. Initially, our yard was overrun with weeds and dead trees with deep roots. Mark sketched us a design that included all plant options, met with us to discuss the plan, and was very honest with timing and fair with pricing. In a matter of 6 weeks, Mark transformed our yard into the Garden of Eden! He was patient and insightful and had excellent suggestions for planting and placement. He worked efficiently and kept us in the loop at every turn. He incorporated our ideas beautifully and also added nice touches throughout the yard. Mark also designed and built a small pond with a waterfall that quickly became the highlight of the backyard. We chose to get married right next to the pond and all of our virtual guests were in awe. He gave us a great tutorial on how to maintain the pond, plants, and when to expect them to bloom. He even came back a few weeks after the job was completed to answer questions and give additional maintenance tips. Mark has quickly turned into a friend and thanks to his talent and creativity, we are now the talk of the neighborhood. He is a very hard worker. Even in this latest heat wave (90+ degrees), he spent 8 hours each weekday in our yard. Mark is always responsive to texts and calls and we highly recommend him for all of your landscaping and lighting needs."

"I wanted to replace an old concrete slab outback so I hired this company to do pavers in my backyard. What started out as a small patio project turned into a much bigger project when I saw how amazing their work is. I had a giant patio done with a sitting wall and built-in fire pit. They started first thing in the morning and worked during long hot days until the project was finished. This company is busy so I recommend getting on the books! Theyâ re busy for a reason!!! "My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open.
