I am really impressed with the craftsmanship that went into this patio. The ground was very uneven and they had posts and steps they needed to work around. It all came out perfect. Prompt service and finished three days sooner than expected.

Mr. Minor did an excellent job with a driveway, patio, walkway, grading and sod. He and his crew were prompt and efficient in getting the work done and keeping their work site tidy. They kept the project within the scope of cost and time. We took several bids and his was in the high middle end of the spectrum. However, walking over the site with him, he provided several insights that impacted the job and gave me a higher confidence that his bid was more accurate than others who just took measurements and gave me a number. Although it should be standard, Mr. Minor also took care of all of the permitting and engineering needs for the job too and was always accessible by phone from start to finish.

Failed inspection multiple times and did not finish the work.

Quick response, Came and gave me a quote the day after I posted on here. Very professional, came out the following day after I hire him and began the work. I made changes to the design, he incorporated them into his plans and everything worked out. They cleaned up before they left and gave me suggestions on how to keep it clean. I now have a 24x26 patio that I'm planning on doing several cook outs on this summer and summers to come.

This project involved jack hammering up and replacing the existing driveway concrete (area 45 by 8 feet wide). Also removing and replacing a 45 foot long pressure treated guard fence alongside the driveway. Out of three project estimates, Mat Minors (the owner) was the most reasonable. Mat was very knowledgeable as to how to proceed as regards building materials and tasks to be performed. He did everything as promised, on time and on budget. He did a very good job and is well deserving of this 5 star rating. I plan to use him on future family home improvement projects. .
