Mile High Garage Door Repair

Arrived on time. Did the work quickly and expertly. Gave me tips on how to extend the life of my garage door and springs. Did not try to upsell anything.

I called in the morning. Greg and Chris were able to come out that same afternoon and replaced the garage door opener in well under ninety minutes, in addition to answering a lot of questions.

They did an awesome job! A spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday morning and they came out the same day. Even though my opener is over 20 years old, they did not try to push one on me now. Instead, they said "Use it till it breaks, then call us." Love the fact that they were honest about what was needed and what was something I could wait on. When I went to pay, I was having tech difficulties with zelle. They were very patient with me while I got it taken care of instead of suggesting to pay with a credit card, which would have carried an additional charge. Will definitely hire them again!

Highly recommend. I got five bids through Angi and these guys: 1) used the highest quality parts, 31/35 inch springs 2) quoted me a total price without any extra fees and kept to that price even when the job took longer than expected 3) at the end taught me how to maintain the door for longer life I think this is a small family business, without the fancy truck with the logo on the side. Greg, the dad, answered the phone when I called and quoted me the price. There is no scheduling clerk or other intermediary. Chris was outstanding in his courtesy and helpfulness. Other firms that will remain nameless here quoted me a price double that of the MHGDR price, and tried to fast talk me into hiring them on the spot. I am pretty sure they are larger firms with multiple trucks and repairmen, and I think you end up paying for that. There is no substitute for good honest businesspeople trying to give you a great product and great service while making an honest margin. That's MHGDR.

Chris was great. He gave me options and clearly broke down the cost of all options. He got me back up and running in a cost effective fashion and explained the things that could be done in the future. Very grateful.

Quick response time and completion of repair. I needed to coordinate with them remotely because I was out of town. They explained all charges up front and spent time talking through the necessary repairs. They even sent photos of the repairs once completed.
