A few pieces needed replaced and the paint was very chipped and peeling, and Trey got it looking like a brand new deck! The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. I found Blue Ladder on our NextDoor site. Trey was incredibly prompt when I reached out to him. He asked me to send him pics of the damage and sent me back a very reasonable quote that explained what work he thought would need need to be done and offered to stop by and confirm his quote in-person. He also sent me pics of his previous siding jobs, as well as his company insurance info. Trey is very personable, friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!

Trey showed up on time, was personable and friendly, accommodated our schedule, and did a beautiful job repairing, painting, and strengthening various broken railings, drywall patches, and stairs. We'll definitely call him again, highly recommended.

Blake worked hard to clean out our gutter seals that were leaking. I had another company do this several months ago, but they quickly began leaking again. I think and hope that this repair will "stick'.
