This job was for my parents house. I tried to get competitive quotes, Mastercraft was the only company to a) answer the phone with an actual person; b) make an appointment for an estimate; c) come out and actually estimate. Tom (estimator and project mgr.) was professional, cheerful, and extremely service-oriented. Zero attempt to up-sell. Zero pressure. I felt like I was working with a sincere, honest person who was fair and interested in doing the best job possible for my folks. He gave options for the fix and actually recommended the less expensive option because some elements were in good enough shape to simply repair. He took pictures of the damage and explained everything he found. He told me he would be able to get a crew there in about a week, and called a week to the day - and out to my parents house, they went that very day. This is a steeply pitched roof on a large two-story house, not an easy work environment, but they were more than happy to tackle the job. The roof was repaired and the tune-up I also purchased completed within the estimated work time. Tom even drove out of his way to meet me at a location convenient to me to pick up the check afterward. He showed me pictures of before and after. The work was more thorough than expected in the case of the tune-up, and the repair done with care to detail. My parents now have peace of mind (it rained the next day and my dad slept like a baby - no drips to wake him up!) and appreciated that the workers were very respectful and professional. The repair was not cheap, but after talking to insurance professionals, it was well in line with the work done, and fair. In other words, you get what you pay for, and in this case, I got well beyond that. My overall impression is that these guys are professional, courteous, honest, friendly, and hard-working. Jan (office manager) is pleasant and professional. Tom is a delight. These guys were dependable and did the job right. I would not hesitate to hire Mastercraft again and have already recommended them to friends.

They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. The crew was friendly and worked hard. They cleaned up when they were finished. Tom was a pleasure to work with.

They were timely, fast and efficient. Provided an explanation of what to expect , timeline and provided explanation of pricing. Good respresentation of the company and I would recommend them for future repairs.

Tom and his crew were very professional and hard Working. Turn around time from when Tom gave me an estimate to tear off and reroof my house and the the job being completed was very quick. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up the area spotless. I would highly recommend Mastercraft.

He came out the next day as discussed on the phone. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot. I accepted. And he made the repair on the spot. He even filled some cracks around my chimney that I wasn't aware of. When he came down he gave me a positive evaluation of my roof. I would certainly recommend.
