Tom and his crew did an excellent job on an emergency project at my home. He was courteous, reassuring, and very thorough. The work was done with very high quality. I would hire them again.

Master Craft gave me a written estimate and began the work the following day. My house is very old and the roof has a very high pitch. I also needed five layer of shingles removed. Not a lot of companies wanted to tackle the job. The Master Craft crew worked quickly and completed the job in three days. The Project Manager kept me updated throughout the work. The job was expensive, but worth it. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of investing in a new roof.

Tom originally quoted the job, a simple flashing problem at $475. The second quote was was for $75. Mastercraft, Tom said he had someone on the way so we mutually agreed to $100. I would not hire them again because I don't feel they are trustworthy and would take advantage of us. Please don't discount this comment if it was supposed to be Tomas or Thomas.
